Timely and correct delivery:

For a problem-free and prompt completion and in order to keep to a possibly agreed publication month
of the planned text advertisement with the editorial staff, it is important that the text advertisement
presented to you, checked and corrected by you and the final text released by you, including all digital
images as well as that TVU Advertising receives the copyright agreement form of TVU Advertising,
regarding this text advertisement, which has to be signed by an entitled person, provided with
your company stamp, is received by TVU Advertising at the latest 14 days before the closing date
for copy of the publication month scheduled. If, for any reason, we do not receive the copyright agreement
form of TVU Advertising in the aforementioned manner we will not post your text advertisement.
The offer to post your text advertisement in the publication month scheduled will thereby expire.
